A whole lot of excellent food for a fair price

Im not one to normally give bad reviews. Service was very slow had to get the attention of a waitress to get our waitress to get our order this took 15-20 minutes then 30 minutes later we get our food with no toast or pancakes that we ordered. While we waited for the toast and pancakes we started eating 15 minutes later we are just about done eating we get our cold hard toast and pancakes. We eat here every Saturday morning and we have to be patient every time. They need more training and better management. Good thing is the food is good when you get it in time and when it is still warm

We all ordered breakfast skillets which were huge and very reasonably priced as well as delicious. Our server was awesome.

We always get an awesome meal here, the omelets are delicious and the food plentiful, will eat here again when visiting.

Have been to this place a few times guess we got lucky the first few trips. Last couple trips has been terrible, slow service, mediocre food and last trip we sat down for 15 minutes and nobody ever even talked to us. I will not be returning again.

I've been to this location as well as the maple Valley area location. I always stick with the same menu item and it has never disappointed. I get the veggie breakfast skillet and I add ham to it. It's wonderful. I've been on several occasions with people who order other menu items and they all looked great as well. They aren't always a quick in and out option but that's not how a diner should be. If that's an option you need I've used their carryout before and it's quick and always accurate.

This is a great place for breakfast or brunch. The menu is varied! The prices are so reasonable!! Service was friendly and efficient.

Okay, but honestly perfer the service at the one actually inside The Factory in Farmington. Food was good, but took quite awhile to get out even though not super busy. A regular cup of coffee is the best thing here.

My family and I have been here on more than one occasion and it takes for ever for anyone to even ask if we want any drinks. Then they get the drink order and it takes another 20 minutes for them to bring the to us. They don't ask if we are ready to order and walk away. About 30 minutes later some comes to get the order. About an hour after that we still don't have our order. All the while they only have about 10 people in there.

Food was great service was awesomeMy husband and I went into the Park Hills location this morning and they were under staffed. But this didn't stop our waitress she was hustling and work her tail feathers off. I believe her name is Donna.There was another young lady who is a waitress there on her day off came in with her family and seen that her follow works needed assistance and jumped into give them a hand.She worked hard and none of her customers knew what was going on. I just want to thank these two ladies for their hard work and dedication. Donna and Jessica you two rocked it this morning!!

Horrible. Everytime I go to eat there my order is never right. The last 5 times I've been there I've ordered the same thing and the cook manages to mess my order up! I definitely feel as if he need to be fired! It's not hard to read.

My wife and I go here every Friday for a brunch date. We have always received the highest quality of service and food when visiting here. The waitresses have all got to know us and have become very friendly. The food we have ordered always comes to our table looking very nice and as hot as it can possibly be. I would recommend the Factory Diner Park Hills to all of my friends and family.

Great place to eat if your starving. Great atmosphere and difanently will not leaving there hungry! Great portion sizes.

Great service! Portions were generous and everything tasted great. Loved how the layout game some elbow room. No feeling crowded here!

The 3-egg omelettes are huge. Delighted with their fruit cup, too. Same look, feel and taste as the other 2, which is nice because you know what to expect.

Great service and portions were HUGE

Waited 30 minutes didn't even get drinks. Last 3 times have been horrible service. They wasn't even really busy. There was other tables that haven't been waited on also. I believe I'm done thinking it'll get better.

Best breakfast within 50 miles. Always good. Love the omelettes.
